By choosing to purchase products through the website you are entering into an agreement with Puxton Ltd., whose registered business premise is Puxton Park, Cowslip Lane, Hewish, N. Somerset BS24 6AH
The online Puxton Park Phobia Shop is owned and managed wholly by Puxton Ltd, as an additional service to customers.
1. Purchase of tickets for PUXTON PARK PHOBIA. A 'ticket', also known as an 'e-ticket' for the purpose of electronic sale, is a product that allows entry to PUXTON PARK for the purpose of visiting the attraction during the period of which the ticket was purchased.
A booking fee shall be made against each transaction containing a ticket. This standard booking fee shall be applied once to each transaction, regardless of the number of tickets or the class of ticket(s), and is the same fee charged for Keeper Experience.
Tickets are valid for the opening times stated.
2a. Classes of ticket holders. For the purposes of online ticket sales the following definitions shall apply:
Admission Ticket: Admits 1 person only
2b. Issue of tickets. On successful payment of your ticket(s), PUXTON PARK shall provide a portal whereby your may print your ticket(s) via our website. Access to the ticket printing facility shall be made available until your ticket has been accepted for the purpose for which it was purchased, or such time whereby the validity of the ticket no longer exists, at which time the facility shall be removed without further notice.
It is your responsibility to check prior to purchase that the information you have supplied to us in respect of your ticket requirements is accurate, and that your email account is set up to accept emails from our domain:
We are only responsible for issuing tickets in accordance with the information you provide.
2c. Ticket purchase and validity. Payments for tickets are non-refundable, except for in exceptional circumstances and only at the discretion of PUXTON PARK. Tickets are valid only for the duration specified on the ticket at time of purchase or transaction confirmation.
On arrival at PUXTON PARK, the following will be required in order to validate a ticket purchased through our website, please bring your tickets to reception:
Appropriate proof of entitlement to any discounted ticket rate claimed (such as NUS card, proof of essential carer status etc).
A legible printout of your ticket or the booking number. The payment card used to purchase the ticket through this website may or may not be required for verification but PUXTON PARK requests that ticket holders bring such on each and every visit.
Please note: discount vouchers cannot be used for online tickets and cannot be redeemed at the Ticket Office once tickets have been purchased online.
PUXTON PARK reserves the right to charge the normal admission rates to any person not able to validate their ticket in the above manner.
Any additional persons wishing to enter with a ticket holder will be required to pay the normal entry rates.
2d. Resale. No ticket may be resold without the prior written consent of PUXTON PARK. If any person attempts to enter PUXTON PARK with a ticket that has been resold without PUXTON PARK's written consent, PUXTON PARK may refuse entry and no compensation is payable to that person by PUXTON PARK.
2e. Access to PUXTON PARK. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Unfortunately, no dogs are allowed at the park.
PUXTON PARK reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to refuse entry into or remove from the site, any person. This includes but is not limited to a person who:
Has behaved in a manner which, in the opinion of PUXTON PARK has, or is likely to, adversely affect the enjoyment of other visitors. Has used threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour or in any way provokes or behaves in a manner which may provoke a breach of the peace. Is or appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
2f. Site closure. PUXTON PARK reserves the right to close or remove any part of an exhibition deemed faulty or unsafe, and indeed close access to the entire site for a temporary or indefinite period. Should such closure be necessary, a ticket exchange or refund may be arranged at the discretion of PUXTON PARK.
3. Personal data. PUXTON PARK will process your personal data in accordance with all relevant UK data protection legislation.
PUXTON PARK does not share personal information with third parties, unless required to do so by UK law. Any personal data that is provided to PUXTON PARK in the course of any transaction with you shall be processed in accordance with PUXTON PARK's general terms and conditions of use of the website.
4. Limitation of liability. PUXTON PARK's liability to you is limited to refunding the price of the products as per the terms set out in Points 2 and 5 and their subsections. PUXTON PARK is not responsible to you to any greater extent and in particular is not liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss (including without limitation financial loss such as loss of profit, or otherwise) that you may incur as a consequence of its failure to comply with these terms and conditions of sale.
For the avoidance of doubt nothing in these terms and conditions of sale shall serve to exclude or limit PUXTON PARK's liability in respect of death or personal injury caused by PUXTON PARK's negligence or the negligence of its officers or employees.
5. Changes to the terms and conditions of sale. Our terms and conditions of sale may be changed. Please review them regularly. If you continue to use the website after a change has been made you are deemed to have accepted it.
6. Law and jurisdiction. These terms and conditions of sale shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in relation to the website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If any of these terms or conditions of sale should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.

For the safety and enjoyment of all our visitors, please note and adhere to the following Park rules:
This is a strictly a no smoking site: There is a designated smoking area across the bridge, opposite the main entrance. Please use the ashtrays provided as cigarette butts can pollute the river and disturb wildlife.
Children under 17 must be accompanied by a supervising adult at all times within the park.
Children must be accompanied at all times and must be supervised by a responsible adult. Parents and guardians know their child's capabilities and behaviour best and should ensure an appropriate level of supervision to reflect this.
No wheels (scooters, bikes, Heelies, roller skates/blades, skate boards etc) please in any area of the Park. Buggies, prams and wheelchairs are welcome.
Guide dogs only in the Park. There is a dog walking area near the park, ask our staff for details.
After handling our animals, please ensure you wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water, especially before consuming food. Wash stations are situated throughout the Park.
BBQ's and other potential fire hazards are not permitted for use within park grounds.
All play equipment is used solely at your own risk. Please read and adhere to safety signs before using any of our equipment.
Puxton Ltd advise bringing socks, long sleeved tops and trousers for children wishing to use the play equipment. These items can be bought on reception at the time of your visit (if stock is available). We recommended to bring wellies in the winter months and a sun hat and sun cream in the sunnier summer months. These are all available from the Farm Shop on your visit (if stock is available). A change of clothes might be advisable if you wish to use any water activities.
Un-acceptable or anti-social behaviour shall lead to immediate expulsion from the Park, without a refund. Members of our staff will not tolerate abusive behaviour or violence from any member of the public (adult, teenager or child). You may be removed from the premises without a refund, banned from returning and/or the Police will be called.
If using a camera to record your time with us, please respect the privacy of other members of the public.
Puxton Park Ltd shall not be liable for the loss, theft, damage or otherwise of personal belongings, either on the Park or in the car parks.
CCTV cameras are in operation and all images are recorded for the purposes of prevention of crime and the safeguarding of children
